Land values in Banana Shire being assessed

We can see land values rise dramatically over the years; This 404 hectare rural property near Orange Creek sold for $440,000 in 1992 and then in 2018 it went for around $1.7 million. A similar property near-by sold in June this year for $2.2 million. Picture: Nutrien Harcourts
